Job Description
Solutions Engineer showcasing Qualified AI CRM solutions through product demonstrations and customer collaboration, enhancing workforce transformation in the agentic era.
Responsibilities:
- Showcasing Qualified to prospective customers with world-class product demonstrations.
- Build a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, marketing automation, data enrichment, and other high-leverage technologies.
- Act as the voice of the customer by translating, aggregating, and representing product feedback to the Product and Engineering teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of relevant Solutions Engineering experience
- Experience in Salesforce CRM, marketing automation, and data enrichment
- Excellent communication skills and polished presenter
- Proven capacity to quickly absorb new concepts and technologies.
- Documented programming experience (frontend or backend programming languages. Apex is a plus!)
