Job Description
Specialty Representative responsible for Urology assignments in the United States. Building customer relationships and managing territory sales performance in compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
- Execute brand strategy and tactics in field
- Manage assigned territory and targeted accounts
- Build strong customer relationships and customer needs solving capability
- Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, marketing objectives, etc.
- Create pre-call plan objectives and execute post-call evaluation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred
- Relevant and equivalent industry experience required in lieu of a bachelor’s degree is at least five (5) years of experience
- Three (3) or more years of experience within the pharmaceutical/health/science industry preferred
- High school diploma/GED required
- Strong business acumen
- Proficient use of business tools
