Job Description
Staff Product Designer shaping design strategy for Kraken's flagship crypto app. Leading complex design projects and influencing product direction with a focus on user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Set and elevate the design vision across key product areas
- Lead the design of complex, ambiguous problem spaces
- Raise the bar for the industry by creating visually rich, forward-thinking designs
- Shape and evolve Kraken’s design system and visual language
- Partner deeply with product, engineering, and leadership
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in product design
- Proven ability to lead design direction for large, complex product areas
- Strong UX and visual design skills
- Advanced prototyping skills
- Strong systems thinking
- Ability to mentor and elevate other designers
