Job Description
Strategic Account Director managing enterprise growth strategies across international education markets. Building relationships with global partners and engaging with ministries of education in this remote role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute enterprise growth strategies across designated international regions.
- Engage ministries of education, large private school networks, and international education consortiums.
- Lead complex cross-border sales cycles and strategic procurement processes.
- Build relationships with global partners, resellers, and channel alliances.
- Represent Lightspeed at international conferences, summits, and education leadership forums.
- Identify expansion opportunities within multinational or global customer accounts.
- Provide market insights and strategic feedback to leadership, product, and go-to-market teams.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or education markets.
- Experience selling internationally or working with government or large consortium structures.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Strong executive communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to operate across time zones and travel internationally.
- Experience working across multiple international education markets.
- Background in government procurement or ministry-level education programs.
- Experience building strategic partnerships or channel relationships globally.
