Job Description

Technical Sales Executive in manufacturing distribution arm, driving business development and client management in engineering sectors. Building relationships and ensuring high retention with corporate accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively hunt for new business opportunities and identify untapped manufacturing clients within assigned territories and target sectors (mould & die, precision engineering, automotive, etc.)
  • Develop and nurture strong, long-term technical relationships with new and existing corporate accounts
  • Generate accurate sales pipelines, manage technical RFQs, and deliver tailored commercial proposals in line with assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Actively monitor local competitor activity, market shifts, and pricing trends to safeguard the company’s competitive positioning.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electromechanical Engineering, or Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of hands-on technical sales experience in a related industrial field
  • Deep technical understanding of cutting tools, CNC machining, milling application parameters, or precision manufacturing solutions
  • Strong command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
