Job Description

Strategic Account Manager growing OEM and technology partnerships for Havis mobility solutions. Driving partner strategy, executive relationships, pipeline development, and revenue growth across U.S. markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Partner Road Maps to guide growth strategies, align initiatives, and track progress across key accounts
  • Gather partner intelligence through business reviews, industry events, SKOs, and daily partner interactions
  • Analyze and prioritize opportunities critical to each partner’s success
  • Position the company’s value proposition and global capabilities within partner ecosystems
  • Maintain executive-, director-, and manager-level relationships with partners
  • Coordinate with local and global teams for consistent engagement and alignment
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual performance targets through pipeline development, outreach, and account expansion
  • Lead monthly partner alignment calls and uncover project opportunities
  • Leverage Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, and Operations teams to deepen strategic engagement
  • Conduct market and competitive research to identify high-potential partners, vertical opportunities, and emerging technologies
  • Pursue new partnerships, cultivate relationships, and build long-term growth pipelines
  • Communicate insights, partner feedback, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, strategic account management, or channel sales in the hardware manufacturing or technology industry
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%, including an Havis HQ visit
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue and growth targets through OEM and distribution partnerships
  • Strong understanding of technology ecosystems, including OEMs, ISVs, and distribution partners
  • Demonstrated success building and maintaining executive-level relationships across global markets
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and influencing skills
  • Ability to lead through coordination rather than authority
  • Analytical, research-driven approach with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Assertive, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial approach
  • Ability to thrive in high-energy, performance-driven environments
  • MBA/Master’s degree is a plus
