Job Description
Account Manager delivering retail print, POSM and branded marketing assets for client accounts. Coordinating suppliers, budgets, production and client stakeholders remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Sales, Procurement and Brand teams as the primary day-to-day client contact.
- Manage projects from initial brief through sourcing, production, logistics and final delivery.
- Source retail print, POSM, display units, promotional products and branded merchandise through approved supplier networks.
- Oversee production, artwork approvals, proofing, sampling, manufacturing timelines and quality assurance.
- Manage budgets, purchase orders, invoicing and project spend while identifying productivity improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
- Produce reporting on project status, spend, savings, operational KPIs, service levels and account performance.
- Support innovation and sustainability initiatives through new materials, technologies and production solutions.
- Share market insights, retail trends and best-practice recommendations to enhance shopper engagement and support account growth.
Requirements:
- Experience in Account Management, Project Management, Marketing Services, Print Management, POSM or Promotional Merchandise.
- Strong understanding of retail marketing, print production and point-of-sale materials.
- Experience managing projects from brief through to delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with suppliers and coordinating multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Good commercial awareness and experience managing project budgets and costs.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and project tracking tools.
- Experience within FMCG, retail, shopper marketing or agency environments.
- A proactive approach to problem solving, continuous improvement and delivering excellent client service.
