Job Description

Strategic Implementation Manager at Canva working on enterprise onboarding and customer engagement in SaaS space. Leading projects to enhance customer experiences and drive product adoption.

Responsibilities:

  • Becoming a Canva product expert: Be the go-to resource for customers within 30 days.
  • Lead complex enterprise onboarding, ensuring customers realise the full value of Canva’s platform.
  • Partnering 1:1 with clients: Develop tailored rollout frameworks that align Canva’s best practices with each customer’s business structure and goals.
  • Ensuring a smooth and successful Canva launch for an evolving set of customers.
  • Driving customer timelines and adoption: Understand customer business needs, align them with Canva’s best practices, and ensure strong product engagement.
  • Co-building implementation processes: Collaborate to refine processes and best practices, ensuring team success.
  • Understanding customer use cases: Work closely with teams like Customer Education and Product to improve our Help Centre and product experience.

Requirements:

  • Bring deep SaaS experience: You’ve led the implementation of enterprise or SaaS solutions across large, multi-region organisations, including complex, high-impact rollouts.
  • Are a strategic project driver: You can scope, plan, and deliver multi-phase projects with cross-functional teams, always keeping executive stakeholders in the loop.
  • Put customers first: You’re passionate about building strong relationships and delivering thoughtful, impactful experiences.
  • Love solving problems: You’re curious, creative, and driven to understand the “why” behind challenges and to turn insights into action.
  • Influence with confidence: You’re comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and aligning diverse teams toward shared goals.
