Job Description
Field Marketing Analyst executing B2B marketing strategies and managing brand presence at events. Responsible for competitive intelligence and operational marketing at Mercos.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute and monitor our presence at events and trade shows (pre-event, during-event and post-event strategies).
- Create and implement creative initiatives to generate demand at these events.
- Conduct ongoing analyses of competitors, market trends and customer behavior.
- Define strategic positioning for campaigns based on market data.
- Translate learnings into practical materials (Sales Enablement) to support the sales team.
- Manage brand reputation on platforms such as Reclame Aqui and Google My Business (listening and responding to the voice of the customer).
- Support PR strategies and monitor brand performance metrics.
- Ensure marketing guidelines are applied consistently across other areas of the company.
Requirements:
- Availability to travel (average once per month), as travel is essential for executing Field Marketing strategies.
- Strong experience in B2B companies.
- Hands-on experience organizing or activating brands at events.
- Deep knowledge of the commercial representation, manufacturing (industrial) and distribution segments.
- Ability to extract insights from research and translate data into action plans.
- Copywriting skills focused on sales enablement materials.
- Experience creating marketing strategies.
