Job Description

Global Strategic Marketing Manager at Solenis, driving growth strategies in key sectors like Pulp & Paper Water. Collaborating with teams to enhance sustainable water management solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to guide strategic direction
  • Lead the development of global strategies for Pulp & Paper Water, Power and Water Reuse & Recycle
  • Partner with Regional Marketing, Corporate Accounts, and commercial teams to build and implement Growth Playbooks
  • Enable cross selling with different business units within Solenis
  • Represent the Industrial Water sectors in executive, regional, and strategic account forums to align and monitor strategy execution
  • Lead Voice of Customer initiatives and new product blueprinting for emerging opportunities in water reuse, circular economy, and sector-specific technologies
  • Own and maintain accredited market data (market size / market CAGR) and ensure alignment across global and regional teams
  • Develop sector-specific value propositions and ensure adaptation to unique regional requirements
  • Support management systems that translate strategic objectives into measurable results

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field; MBA preferred
  • Water Treatment experience highly preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the industrial water, power generation, pulp and paper, or sustainability sectors
  • Proven B2B marketing or strategic experience in a multinational environment
  • Strong analytical, structured, and strategic problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English; additional major regional language a plus
  • Customer-focused mindset with demonstrated ability to connect industry needs with value-driven solutions
  • Knowledge of water reuse, recycling, or circular economy practices highly desirable
