Job Description
Strategic People Initiatives Manager leading HR programs for a digital financial platform company. Ensuring operational excellence and advancing talent strategy across multiple critical initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Operate as a force multiplier for People Leadership
- Lead M&A people workstreams
- Own HR budgeting cycles
- Manage OKR development and tracking
- Drive high-visibility talent initiatives
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in HR program management or related roles
- Strong experience leading complex cross-functional programs
- M&A integration experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- Proficiency with G-Suite, HRIS, and project management systems
