Job Description
Sales role promoting YOUCISION® products, building customer networks, and planning events. Work independently with flexible hours in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Actively market YOUCISION® products — in person, online, or at events
- Build your own network of customers and sales partners
- Independently plan offline events: university/open house days, festivals, retail opening days on Sundays & public holidays (pop-up stand)
- Independently plan online events: partnerships, promotional collaborations, social media channels
- Present our brand with authenticity and enthusiasm
Requirements:
- Enjoy working with people
- Reliability, initiative, and motivation
- Interest in vegan, sustainable cosmetics
- Good communication skills — in person and digitally
- Enjoy driving projects forward and trying new approaches
- Advantageous (not required): initial experience in sales, content creation, or social media
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar
