Job Description
Werkstudent in Sales Management supporting meistro's efforts in the energy sector. Involves data analysis, CRM support, and collaboration on projects and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- You support the sales management team of the meistro Group by analyzing and evaluating sales KPIs.
- You contribute to the analysis of revenue, pipeline, forecast, and sales data.
- You assist in maintaining, quality-checking, and analyzing CRM data.
- You participate in cross-functional projects and help further develop reporting and control instruments.
- You support the preparation of sales planning, budgeting, and forecasts, as well as lead generation for our sales campaigns.
- You research market, competitor, and customer potentials in the areas of energy supply, energy efficiency, and renewable energies.
Requirements:
- You are a enrolled student (m/f/d) in Business Administration, Energy Management, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable degree program.
- You have a strong affinity for numbers and pronounced analytical skills.
- You are interested in sales controlling, business analytics, and data-driven corporate management.
- A structured, independent, and reliable working style comes naturally to you.
- Ideally, you already have some experience with CRM systems or BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
- You enjoy working in a team and bring initiative, a willingness to learn, and a hands-on mentality.
