Job Description

Supply Chain Operations Coordinator supporting logistics, production scheduling, and inventory tracking for a packaging solutions provider. Engaging with international suppliers and managing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics, production schedules, and raw material tracking across multiple locations
  • Support supply chain operations including inventory management, order processing, and vendor communications
  • Collaborate with overseas partners in Taiwan, China, and the Philippines for production and shipment updates
  • Manage Excel-based reporting for KPIs, order tracking, and stock levels
  • Assist with customer min-max programs and delivery scheduling
  • Coordinate with couriers and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
  • Communicate proactively with internal teams to resolve supply chain or operational issues
  • Support process improvements and contribute to automation initiatives

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations coordination
  • Strong English communication skills (Chinese proficiency is a plus)
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Excel and experience with inventory or ERP systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working US business hours
  • Prior experience coordinating with international suppliers or vendors preferred
  • Analytical mindset to monitor KPIs and ensure efficient operations
