Job Description
Supply Chain Project Manager coordinating governance, milestones, risks, and documentation across transformation programmes. Supporting logistics, procurement, insourcing, and broader strategic supply chain initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage delivery milestones and governance for assigned Supply Chain Transformation projects
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, align agreed timelines, and track progress against baselines
- Maintain project documentation including RAID logs, governance documents, Charters, Contracts, LPs, and status reports
- Facilitate governance routines and reporting, including stage gate submissions and programme dashboard updates
- Support benefit tracking and project closure activities
- Track risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating and mitigating blockers in collaboration with Project Leads and Sponsors
- Drive compliance with stage gate processes and support teams with governance requirements and tools
- Coordinate cross-functional activities and align stakeholders on deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities
- Provide structure and discipline to project delivery while respecting Project Leads’ ownership of scope, benefits, and direction
- Flex across multiple programmes and support emerging strategic initiatives within the Supply Chain Transformation agenda
