Job Description
AI First support analyst providing technical assistance for SaaS solutions in construction and legal sectors. Join teams transforming challenges into real solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support through the customer support channels available to clients;
- Create step-by-step knowledge base articles for the system;
- Perform system tests to identify bugs or find answers to potential questions;
- Participate in and deliver specific trainings as needed;
- Deliver the best possible experience for our customers, always aiming for their success;
- Digital mindset, curiosity about new technologies, and an interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences, and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Degree completed or in progress in Accounting or related fields preferred;
- Experience with construction companies/developers;
- Good interpersonal communication skills;
- Analytical mindset;
- Good writing skills;
- Willingness and eagerness to learn;
- Knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies: tools, applications, and concepts.
