Job Description

Talent Acquisition Associate supporting recruitment efforts for BJAK's insurance and financial services platform. Focused on sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process across functions and roles, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer support.
  • Source candidates using a mix of job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and proactive outreach to build candidate pipelines.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings to assess basic role fit, motivation, and communication skills.
  • Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and feedback collection with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the ATS, ensuring process consistency and data quality.
  • Support recruiting projects and process improvements as the team scales, including employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, coordination, or related roles (fresh graduates with strong interest in recruiting are welcome).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort working with tools such as Google Sheets / Excel and basic ATS systems.
  • A proactive, learning-oriented mindset and willingness to take feedback.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on execution.
  • Prior recruiting experience is helpful but not required - we value attitude, curiosity, and execution ability.
