Job Description

Talent Acquisition Associate supporting recruitment operations and employer branding for a forward-thinking technology organization. Coordinating candidate experience, recruitment events, and talent engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Support daily operational activities across the Talent Acquisition function
  • Coordinate recruitment workflows and ensure hiring activities progress efficiently
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, documentation, reports, and dashboards
  • Track key recruitment metrics and support data-driven improvements
  • Assist with process enhancements and standardization of TA operations
  • Provide administrative support for smooth recruitment delivery
  • Serve as a key point of contact for candidate communications and recruitment-related queries
  • Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and candidate updates throughout the hiring journey
  • Ensure timely and professional communication across recruitment channels
  • Help deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience
  • Support employer branding activities across digital and offline platforms
  • Coordinate engagement initiatives with universities, professional communities, and industry networks
  • Assist in creating recruitment-focused content and career communications
  • Promote career opportunities and strengthen the organization’s talent presence
  • Coordinate recruitment events, career fairs, networking sessions, and talent engagement activities
  • Support recruitment campaigns and employer branding events
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful events
  • Gather insights and feedback to improve future initiatives
  • Support internal recruitment campaigns, hiring announcements, and talent initiatives
  • Follow up on recruitment activities to ensure timely completion
  • Assist with recruitment documentation and process compliance
  • Contribute to recruitment projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, recruitment coordination, HR operations, marketing, or administration
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and coordination abilities with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workplace collaboration tools
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is desirable
  • Exposure to recruitment marketing, social media, employer branding, or talent engagement initiatives is a plus
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Strong ownership mindset with accountability and continuous improvement
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a candidate-first approach
  • Adaptable, curious, and eager to contribute to evolving processes
  • Passion for creating meaningful candidate and employee experiences
