Job Description
Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Veritas Automata managing recruitment strategies in LATAM and USA. Leading the full recruitment cycle and collaborating with clients for staffing insights and market estimations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and conduct the full recruitment cycle: profile definition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing, offer presentation, and onboarding
- Participate in pre-sales and scoping meetings with clients to provide staffing insights and market estimations
- Design and implement recruitment strategies for active and passive candidates
- Own and manage the use of recruiting tools and the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred)
- Certifications in IT sourcing, recruiting, or related disciplines are a plus
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter
- Proficiency in English at an intermediate level (minimum B2), both written and spoken
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical roles (e.g., software developers, QA engineers, DevOps, PMs, architects)
