Job Description

Talent Acquisition Coordinator managing high-volume recruitment administration, candidate screening, campaigns, and pre-employment checks. Supporting Satellite Office’s offshore teams serving international brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment administration for high-volume vacancies across all brands
  • Review and approve recruitment requisitions and ensure required information is complete
  • Create, post and monitor job advertisements across approved platforms
  • Maintain accurate candidate and vacancy records in JobAdder
  • Update candidate statuses throughout recruitment workflows
  • Screen applications and resumes against agreed criteria
  • Progress suitable candidates through recruitment workflows
  • Communicate with candidates, provide application outcomes and respond to queries
  • Coordinate recruitment Open Days and high-volume retail recruitment campaigns
  • Support candidate invitations, attendance tracking, interview scheduling and communications
  • Coordinate recruitment activity across multiple locations and brands during peak periods
  • Coordinate reference and employment verification checks
  • Request, track and escalate passports, visas and work-right documentation
  • Manage candidates against recruitment SLAs and identify delays or risks
  • Follow up Hiring Managers and Talent Team members on outstanding actions
  • Identify process improvement opportunities
  • Maintain recruitment data, trackers and reports in JobAdder and other systems
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and escalate trends, issues and bottlenecks to the Talent Acquisition Manager
  • Follow work health and safety policies, complete training, report hazards and injuries, and maintain a clean workplace

Requirements:

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Business Management or a related discipline is desirable
  • Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, recruitment coordination or high-volume hiring within Australia; New Zealand advantageous
  • Retail fashion experience
  • Proven success managing high-volume vacancies and candidates simultaneously
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably JobAdder or a similar system
  • Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong English speaking and written communication skills
  • Confidence communicating with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work to deadlines and agreed SLAs
  • Strong follow-up skills and a proactive approach to outstanding actions
  • Ability to prioritise workload, manage competing deadlines and problem solve
  • Strong computer literacy and confidence learning new systems and processes
  • Ability to work independently while operating as part of a geographically dispersed Talent Team
  • Strong commitment to candidate experience and service delivery
