Job Description
Talent Acquisition Manager leading recruitment across Everfield's French portfolio companies. Recruiting across diverse businesses, enhancing practices with data-driven approaches.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end recruitment across commercial, technical, operational, and leadership roles.
- Partner with business leaders to define hiring strategies and make high-quality hiring decisions.
- Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to improve sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruiting efficiency.
- Analyse hiring metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve outcomes.
- Support newly acquired portfolio companies in adopting effective hiring practices and recruitment processes.
- Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects, employer branding initiatives, and process improvements across the region.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within technology, software, SaaS, or high-growth environments.
- Strong understanding of the French talent market.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions.
- Ability to operate independently across multiple priorities and business environments.
- A data-driven mindset with strong organisational and project management skills.
- Proven experience using AI tools to enhance recruiting workflows.
- Fluency in French and English.
