Job Description
Talent acquisition operations specialist running interviews, offers, systems, and reporting for a B2B software company. Improving recruiting processes with automation and AI.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones
- Own proactive candidate communication throughout the process
- Keep the hiring manager informed about hiring status
- Manage offer letter generation and release
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders through offer, background check, and pre-start
- Maintain accuracy of hiring documents
- Administer and optimize the TA tech stack, including ATS, scheduling platforms, and assessment tools
- Build and maintain hiring reporting and dashboards
- Surface insights from hiring data
- Identify friction in candidate and hiring manager experience and lead improvement projects
- Bring AI and automation opportunities to the team
- Challenge existing processes and support proposed improvements with evidence
Requirements:
- 7+ years in talent acquisition operations, HR operations, or recruiting coordination
- Track record of owning interview scheduling and offer processes at volume
- Hands-on experience administering an ATS and adjacent recruiting tools
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and spoken English
- Comfortable working independently with minimal direction across time zones
- Based in Mexico, Costa Rica, or Argentina, legally able to contract
- Experience supporting a technology or SaaS hiring function
- Experience improving processes and describing resulting outcomes
- Curiosity about AI in recruiting and prior experimentation with it
- Comfortable challenging inefficient hiring-manager processes with proposed alternatives
