Job Description
Talent Acquisition Partner executing recruitment strategies for TRIMEDX. Supporting TA functions and collaborating with leadership to fulfill hiring needs in the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities:
- Support and execute the talent acquisition (TA) and workforce planning strategies of the organization
- Manage the hiring process by sourcing and pipelining
- Partner with TA leadership, HR, and hiring managers to define position requirements
- Create and execute sourcing strategies
- Evaluate candidates based on position profiles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to extend offers and advise on negotiations
- Facilitate candidate onboarding processes
- Manage special projects and engage in continuous learning
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruiting and selection and/or sourcing and pipelining
- Eye for talent and the ability to exercise quick, solid people judgment and accurate decision making
- Knowledgeable in competency-based interviewing techniques and methodologies
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage time and set priorities amidst multiple tasks and deadlines
- Ability to work effectively with other team members
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, and interviewing skills
- Intermediate presentation and facilitation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
