Job Description

Talent Acquisition Partner managing recruitment processes for Labcorp's Healthcare division. Partnering with HR and hiring managers to drive talent acquisition effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process
  • Identify and assess internal and external talent
  • Develop strong understanding of the Labcorp business
  • Partner with Human Resources and Hiring Managers
  • Drive the recruitment process
  • Develop strong relationships with business stakeholders
  • Maintain a strong external network for talent
  • Meet and achieve weekly and monthly recruiting metrics
  • Recruit in adherence with OFCCP regulations
  • Provide updates to the Talent Acquisition Manager
  • Log all notes and actions in the ATS
  • Assist with onboarding when necessary
  • Provide ad hoc reporting
  • Escalate urgent matters as needed
  • Complete other administrative duties and projects

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • 5 or more years of full life-cycle recruitment experience within the healthcare industry
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • 6 months or more experience in laboratory diagnostics or hospital recruitment (preferred)
  • 6 months or more in experience recruiting technical positions in a clinical laboratory setting (preferred)
  • Prior utilization of productivity tools to manage recruitment desk (Microsoft Office, OneNote etc.)
  • Experience using creative sourcing techniques
  • Proven ability to deliver against metrics: time-to-fill, retention, number of positions filled, and diversity of candidate slates
  • Thorough understanding of employment law and legal compliance issues
  • Prior experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level organizational skills, detail oriented and ability to multi-task
  • Workday experience (preferred)
  • Experience working within a matrix organization (preferred)
  • Relevant Recruiter certifications preferred (AIRS Professional Recruiter, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter)
