Job Description
Talent Acquisition Partner owning relationship-driven GTM recruiting for Upwind’s cloud security platform. Building candidate networks and delivering high-touch hiring experiences across the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for roles across the organization, including GTM and other functions
- Source proactively across various platforms and tools using AI-assisted sourcing, professional networks, and direct outreach
- Build candidate relationships and reach candidates through an established professional network
- Provide every candidate with a high-touch, closely managed experience through clear communication and attentive follow-up
- Activate referrals, employee networks, and internal connections as ongoing talent sources
- Collaborate with recruiters across Israel, EMEA, and APJ while aligning with team goals and standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience in full-cycle GTM recruiting: sourcing, screening, process management, closing
- A real, established professional network built over your career, including relationships people actually respond to
- Relationship-first approach, prioritizing getting a placement right over high-volume recruiting
- Comfort and fluency with AI-assisted sourcing tools and modern recruiting technology
- A background that naturally built a strong network, such as a professional community or years of activity within a specific industry network (nice-to-have)
- Prior experience as an external recruiter or headhunter with a track record of network-based placements (nice-to-have)
- Deep familiarity with the EMEA/UK recruiting landscape (nice-to-have)
