Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for Intermountain Health
- Managing full lifecycle recruiting process, including planning, sourcing, screening, and selection
- Collaborating with hiring managers and operational leadership
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback
- Developing a qualified applicant pool through various sourcing methods
Requirements:
- Extensive full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proficiency with Workday Recruiting and ATS
- Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
- Strong sourcing and networking capabilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
- Experience recruiting for multiple departments and job levels
