Job Description

  • Managing full lifecycle recruiting process, including planning, sourcing, screening, and selection
  • Collaborating with hiring managers and operational leadership
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback
  • Developing a qualified applicant pool through various sourcing methods

Requirements:

  • Extensive full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Proficiency with Workday Recruiting and ATS
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
  • Strong sourcing and networking capabilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
  • Experience recruiting for multiple departments and job levels
