Job Description
Talent Acquisition Specialist required for selection processes in multinational companies, mainly in the oil industry. We seek proactive candidates experienced in full recruitment processes.
Responsibilities:
- Relevamiento de perfiles
- Confección y publicación de avisos en portales de empleo / redes sociales, etc.
- Reclutamiento integral de todo tipo de perfiles a través de distintos medios
- Búsqueda y Selección de personal a través de acciones de Hunting
- Realización de entrevistas a través de distintas técnicas
- Informes de entrevista
Requirements:
- Estudios Tercarios
- Poseer conocimientos de idioma inglés y/o portugués (no excluyente)
- Experiencia en selección de personal de perfiles IT.
- Dominio avanzado del paquete Office.
