Job Description

Talent Acquisition Specialist sourcing healthcare providers at AMN Healthcare. Building candidate pipelines through rapid outreach and relationship building in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source and engage healthcare providers across targeted clinical specialties
  • Perform high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and digital platforms to generate candidate interest
  • Conduct career conversations with healthcare professionals
  • Quickly identify replacement and backup candidates to mitigate risk and ensure continuity
  • Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of candidate interactions in Jobscience/ATS
  • Consistently hit activity and performance benchmarks

Requirements:

  • 3–7 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or high-volume, activity-driven roles
  • Healthcare experience required, ideally supporting clinical or provider roles in acute care settings
  • Proven ability to manage high outreach volume while prioritizing shifting demands
  • Strong proficiency across multiple platforms, including: ATS/CRM systems (Jobscience, Salesforce), LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and sourcing tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build credibility quickly with healthcare professionals.
