Job Description
Talent Acquisition Specialist recruiting qualified candidates for special education healthcare teams in underserved communities. Focusing on sourcing, interviewing, and aligning candidates with company values and mission.
Responsibilities:
- Use innovative strategies to actively source quality applicants for a range of roles.
- Communicate and ensure alignment between candidates and the company mission and values.
- Execute a social media marketing strategy to draw applicants across Indeed, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews. Score applicants on a rubric aligned to the company's core values and skillset required for the role.
- Ensure candidates have the highest quality experience.
- Respond efficiently and rapidly to changing needs on the team.
- Support the Director of Talent in developing the talent strategic plan. Execute on the plan once designed.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure we are fully staffed with mission aligned and skilled personnel.
- Other roles as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of __proven__ experience in talent acquisition. Healthcare or education background preferred.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Ability to travel to Texas, Tennessee, Ohio and Florida.
- __Some evening availability is required.__
- Strong understanding of sourcing, interviewing and pipeline management.
- Screen a high volume of candidates.
- Experience with tools like Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever, and ZipRecruiter.
- Experience with marketing via Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Creative mindset and systems-thinking approach.
