Job Description
Talent Acquisition Specialist supporting physician growth to build a network for healthcare innovation company. Engaging with candidates and improving operations in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support in building out our physician network — including sourcing, managing job postings and interviewing candidates.
- Evaluate physician applicants for role alignment, including verification of licensure, clinical specialization, and relevant experience.
- Conduct interviews with physician candidates to gauge interest, credentials and alignment with licensure requirements.
- Identify and engage prospective collaborating physicians using sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of physician candidate information, communications, and interview feedback.
- Collaborate closely with compliance operations and client success teams to ensure credentialing, licensing, and other requirements are met.
- Improve internal onboarding, retention, and engagement processes to support team growth.
- Improve people operations processes, ensuring a seamless experience for team members.
Requirements:
- Experience in talent acquisition, human resources, people operations, or related roles.
- Experience in healthcare hiring is a plus!
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Operationally excellent, with a high daily output and precision in execution.
- Strong attention to detail and track record for getting the details right.
