Job Description
Teacher for Digital Sales at Digital Career Institute, providing online training sessions on digital sales strategies and related topics. Collaborating with the educational team to develop curriculum and guide learners.
Responsibilities:
- You love sharing knowledge and are motivated to prepare people for digital sales.
- Teach the fundamentals of Digital Sales, CRMs, AI automations, sales strategies and channels, sales conversations, and negotiation skills in live online sessions.
- Cover topics from basics to advanced subjects such as Excel, data analysis, AI integrations, business processes, KPI setting, as well as personal development and mindset.
- Prepare and continuously develop our course curriculum.
- Work closely with our educational/pedagogical team.
Requirements:
- Completed degree or vocational training in a relevant field and/or several years of sales experience, especially in the digital area.
- Teaching experience in the relevant topics.
- Experience with remote teaching and a strong digital affinity.
- Very good German and English skills.
- Strong pedagogical competence, didactic skills, patience, and enthusiasm for working with learners in continuing education.
