Job Description

Team Lead driving operational excellence in After Sales across global markets at ENERCON. Overseeing strategy deployment, team development, and collaboration for measurable business impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of 3–4 professionals to ensure role clarity, prioritization, performance management and continuous development
  • Monitor LOA governance and provide tender support for complex, cross-border opportunities to ensure timely risk identification, escalation and alignment of decisions
  • Drive strategy deployment by implementing global frameworks for key account management, market planning and product competitiveness, including tracking and corrective actions
  • Maintain visibility of global After Sales KPIs and the service contract pipeline; provide forecasts, variance analyses and actionable insights for senior management
  • Act as the primary point of contact between global leadership, regional After Sales directors and cross-functional teams (e.g., Legal, Service Technical Marketing) to ensure alignment and transparent communication
  • Promote collaboration, capacity building and best-practice sharing across regions to accelerate deal velocity and deliver measurable business impact

Requirements:

  • 7+ years' experience in commercial operations, after sales, sales or services, including leading multi-region teams and a proven track record in strategic negotiations and governance
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or a related field
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce), ERP systems (SAP), BI tools (Power BI), advanced Excel and collaboration platforms such as Teams and SharePoint
  • Strong strategic mindset, stakeholder management, negotiation skills and experience in data-driven decision making and process improvements
  • Proven change management capability, structured problem-solving and effective communication with diverse global stakeholders
  • Fluent in English and German; additional languages are an advantage.
