Job Description

Lead a team of inside sales representatives at Veeam, driving revenue growth and team success. Collaborate with field teams while championing CRM adoption in a remote role based in Poland.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading a high-performing team of inside sales professionals toward ambitious targets
  • Inspiring a culture of collaboration, growth, and innovation within the sales team
  • Shaping onboarding and coaching programs to accelerate team development
  • Driving revenue growth by empowering team members to exceed quotas
  • Overseeing daily sales activities and refining strategies to maximize impact
  • Collaborating with field teams to deliver seamless territory execution
  • Championing CRM adoption to ensure accurate data and informed decisions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent blend of education and experience
  • Experience inspiring and guiding teams to surpass commercial goals
  • Genuine enthusiasm for mentoring others and unlocking their sales potential
  • Proven record as a results-driven inside sales professional
  • Business-level fluency in both English and German for dynamic international communication
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect across cultures and roles
  • Mastery of sales methodologies and CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Familiarity with virtualization or storage technologies is an added advantage
