Job Description
Lead a team of inside sales representatives at Veeam, driving revenue growth and team success. Collaborate with field teams while championing CRM adoption in a remote role based in Poland.
Responsibilities:
- Leading a high-performing team of inside sales professionals toward ambitious targets
- Inspiring a culture of collaboration, growth, and innovation within the sales team
- Shaping onboarding and coaching programs to accelerate team development
- Driving revenue growth by empowering team members to exceed quotas
- Overseeing daily sales activities and refining strategies to maximize impact
- Collaborating with field teams to deliver seamless territory execution
- Championing CRM adoption to ensure accurate data and informed decisions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent blend of education and experience
- Experience inspiring and guiding teams to surpass commercial goals
- Genuine enthusiasm for mentoring others and unlocking their sales potential
- Proven record as a results-driven inside sales professional
- Business-level fluency in both English and German for dynamic international communication
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect across cultures and roles
- Mastery of sales methodologies and CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Familiarity with virtualization or storage technologies is an added advantage
