Job Description

Technical Account Manager responsible for campaign performance in Vibe's CTV and programmatic advertising. Involves troubleshooting, data validation, and improving performance metrics for clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Own campaign performance from a technical perspective, ensuring delivery, attribution, and performance metrics are understood, trusted, and continuously improved in a complex programmatic and CTV environment.
  • Act as the technical owner of campaign performance, with a strong understanding of how Vibe’s DSP, bidding logic, targeting, and measurement work under the hood
  • Diagnose and resolve delivery issues, attribution mismatches, tracking problems, and performance discrepancies, particularly in CTV and app environments
  • Independently investigate under-delivery, CPI / ROAS shifts, and unexpected performance changes using SQL and raw event-level data
  • Lead technical investigations end-to-end: from first alert → hypothesis formulation → data validation → resolution
  • Determine the source of truth when metrics conflict and clearly explain root causes, limitations, and trade-offs
  • Document findings and share learnings to reduce repeat issues and long-term dependency on Engineering
  • Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to surface recurring technical and measurement pain points
  • Propose concrete improvements to tooling, reporting, workflows, and performance monitoring
  • Raise the technical bar of Account Managers and CSMs through playbooks, documentation, and coaching

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in AdTech or programmatic advertising, with a solid understanding of the RTB ecosystem (CTV experience is a strong plus)
  • Strong SQL skills and a preference for validating performance directly from raw data rather than relying solely on dashboards
  • Comfortable navigating technical artifacts such as logs, schemas, APIs, and code repositories
  • Strong communication skills, able to explain technical issues and analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
  • Strong familiarity with AI tools (e.g. LLMs, code assistants) and the ability to leverage them effectively to accelerate investigations, generate queries, explore hypotheses, and increase overall productivity in a technical environment

Benefits:

  • Very competitive compensation (salary and stock-options/BSPCE)
  • Remote-first (in France or elsewhere) with the option to work on-site in an ultra-cozy coworking space in the heart of Paris (Morning Laffitte)
  • Health insurance (Alan)
  • Meal vouchers (Swile)
  • Two annual offsites
  • Guaranteed childcare placement
