Job Description
Technical Assistant in E-commerce supporting clients' digital transformation and collaborating on innovative solutions. Join SoftExpert in providing integrated software solutions globally.
Responsibilities:
- Become familiar with our innovative solutions;
- Actively collaborate on deliverables, from system configuration through validation and process monitoring, ensuring complete customer satisfaction;
- Create examples and detailed documentation to ensure clarity and successful implementations.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in IT or a related field;
- Comfortable working with software systems;
- Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal, to convey complex ideas accessibly;
- Proactivity, autonomy, and the ability to work collaboratively to actively contribute to project success;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to find creative and effective solutions to business challenges;
- Knowledge/experience with BPM (Business Process Management) solutions.
