Job Description
ServiceNow Technical Solutions Architect responsible for enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations and leading technical teams. Delivering integrated solutions across multiple domains to achieve successful business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Architect, govern, and deliver complex, multi-module ServiceNow implementations
- Design integrated solutions leveraging core ServiceNow platform
- Act as primary technical authority for ServiceNow platform across active engagements
- Support delivery execution and technical leadership for successful project outcomes
Requirements:
- 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience
- Proven experience leading highly technical, multi-module ServiceNow programs
- Experience delivering integrated solutions across IT, HR, Legal, Security, and Operations domains
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform foundations
- Strong expertise in CMDB, CSDM, and Discovery design
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), one or more Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications
