Job Description
Technical Support Representative providing client support for VALD's product suite. Collaborating with product and success teams to deliver timely and effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide world class support to our expanding client base.
- Become a product expert across the entire VALD suite, knowing our systems inside out.
- Diagnose and resolve issues via phone and email.
- Liaise with the VALD team across the world to ensure customer needs are met.
Requirements:
- You are bilingual, with English as your second language.
- Hold a degree in Engineering or Business Management.
- High level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality control.
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues efficiently and independently.
- Adaptable and willing to learn new skills and processes.
- Availability to work an offset workweek, including weekends or non-standard hours.
- Experience in a similar role technical / client support role.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral.
- A high degree of customer empathy.
- Full working rights in Europe.
