Job Description

Technical Support Specialist providing problem-solving support for automotive dealerships. Handling inquiries and troubleshooting issues across Europe in a remote role.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound support tickets and enquiries from dealerships
  • Troubleshoot issues and guide customers to solutions
  • Provide phone and written support across multiple European markets
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to escalate and resolve complex cases
  • Contribute to improving support processes and documentation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service role or similar
  • Fluent English (our working language)
  • Fluent in Spanish or French
  • Based in Europe
