Job Description
Technology Partner Manager working with cross-functional teams to build partnerships for AI legal tech startup. Identifying and cultivating technology partnerships that enhance market position and pipeline growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize technology partners to strengthen DeepJudge’s ecosystem.
- Lead partnership conversations from initial outreach through negotiation to signature.
- Activate newly signed partners by coordinating across teams for real launches and joint value propositions.
- Cultivate existing partnerships by developing joint plans and maintaining strong relationships.
- Help define how DeepJudge works with partners in a rapidly evolving vertical.
- Surface market feedback and partner insights to align product strategy with customer demand.
- Contribute to measuring partner success and go-to-market impact of partnerships.
- Bring proactive ideas to strengthen strategic position in legal AI through partnerships and integrations.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related commercial role in B2B SaaS.
- Strong commercial mindset understanding how partnerships and integrations can impact go-to-market.
- Excellent relationship builder and negotiator, effective with external partners and internal stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity in fast-moving markets.
- Sound judgment, humility, strong desire to learn, motivated by building in a high-growth environment.
- Ability to quickly move from conversation to signed agreement while remaining organized and strategic.
- Understanding of technical concepts and integration discussions to engage with product and engineering teams.
- Effective communication in English.
