Job Description
Telemarketer responsible for outbound customer calls and support for fintech company. Engaging potential clients and presenting product information in a professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers, leads, or partners as directed by the campaign or project requirements
- Present accurate and compelling information about products, services, and promotional campaigns
- Assist customers through phone, email, and chat support when necessary
- Follow approved call scripts and compliance guidelines to ensure professionalism and consistency
- Document call outcomes, customer feedback, and interaction notes accurately in CRM systems
- Escalate complex inquiries or concerns to the appropriate internal teams in a timely manner
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly call targets, conversion goals, and performance metrics
- Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-focused communication style at all times
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or customer support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with clear diction and confidence on calls
- Comfortable using CRM tools, call scripts, dialers, and online communication platforms
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail when documenting customer interactions
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and consistently meet performance targets
- Willingness to adapt to temporary project timelines, shifting campaign requirements, and evolving objectives
- Strong work ethic, resilience, and a results-driven mindset in a fast-paced environment.
