Job Description
Telesales representative conducting cold calls for Appatini's digital marketing services. Engaging restaurants and cafes to improve bookings through effective cold calling strategies.
Responsibilities:
- We are looking for independent, communicative individuals to support our sales efforts (by telephone) for our revolutionary service.
- In telephone cold calling you will call pre-qualified companies, briefly and clearly present the benefits of our service and arrange an appointment for a consultation.
- Regularly report your progress in internal online meetings.
Requirements:
- Excellent, fluent phone skills are the foundation of this role; you must therefore have an excellent command of the German language.
- Ideally, you have prior experience in telephone cold calling and are seasoned and resilient.
- If a prospect says “no,” you keep following up and remain persistent.
- At least 100 dial attempts per day for an 8-hour day, or at least 50 dial attempts per day for a 4-hour day.
- You must be able to handle rejection and have the mindset: “Not a fit? OK — NEXT!”
- Independent thinking and tidy, common-sense work habits.
- Good computer skills (Windows or Mac, MS Office).
