Job Description
Sales Executive focused on developing and executing sales plans for small businesses in Taiwan. Driving new business acquisition and account expansion through consultative selling approaches.
Responsibilities:
- As a Sales Executive focused on the Small Business (SB) and General Business (GRB) sectors in Taiwan, you will be the owner of a designated territory.
- Your primary mission is to develop and execute a sales plan, driving new business acquisition and expanding relationships with existing customers through upselling and cross-selling.
- You will be engaging directly with business leaders, including founders, managers, and executives.
- You'll be at the forefront of new business development and account expansion.
- By collaborating with our marketing, inside sales, and partner teams, you will identify opportunities and build strong relationships that lead to success.
- You'll be able to focus on creating proposals and strategies that directly impact a customer's success without getting bogged down by product logistics.
- This role offers direct exposure to business owners and decision-makers, allowing you to quickly develop your skills in making proposals that directly tie to a company's bottom line.
- Working directly with decision-makers in the SB/GRB space often means shorter sales cycles.
Requirements:
- Approximately 3-5 years of direct B2B sales experience
- Goal-Oriented: A proven track record of developing a sales process, prioritizing opportunities, and consistently achieving targets.
- Metrics-Driven: Experience working with and consistently meeting sales quotas.
- Consultative Sales: Demonstrated ability in solution-selling or a consultative sales approach.
- Hunter Mentality: A strong track record in new business development and lead generation.
