Job Description
Commercial dynamique et polyvalent pour développer notre activité dans le secteur de l'outillage à main. Accompagnement et développement du réseau de distribution et prescription de nos produits.
Responsibilities:
- Development and support of the distributor network (50%)
- Identify and prospect new distributors to expand the network.
- Support existing distributors in expanding product ranges, promoting and selling our products.
- Train distributor teams on the technical features and benefits of our tools.
- Monitor distributor performance regularly and suggest areas for improvement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for distributors and ensure a trusted relationship.
- Specification and influence with target users (50%)
- Identify strategic end users (tradespeople, construction professionals, industrial clients, etc.) and understand their needs.
- Present and demonstrate the technical and practical advantages of our tools.
- Organize product demonstrations on-site or at professional events.
- Build trusted relationships with users to foster loyalty to our products.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in B2B sales, ideally in industrial supplies.
- Knowledge of distribution networks.
- Understanding of specification/influence mechanisms.
- Ability to understand users' technical needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Comfortable presenting and demonstrating products.
- Bac +2/3 in business or technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Driver’s license (category B) required (frequent travel).
- Basic knowledge of English would be an asset.
