Job Description
Territory Sales Manager growing Datacolor’s color-management solutions business across the Southern United States. Building customer pipelines, closing sales, and managing strategic territories with 60%–70% travel.
Responsibilities:
- Increase business from net new logos and existing customers
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities
- Prepare quotations and manage sales processes
- Close orders and manage customer relationships
- Contact, develop, and manage customers to build a sales pipeline and drive territory revenue
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and demonstrations of Datacolor solutions
- Understand customer needs for accurate color measurement and communication
- Qualify marketing leads, develop opportunities, and close sales
- Achieve annual sales targets
- Use Salesforce.com to build forecasts, track metrics, and increase territory productivity
- Collaborate with internal teams and Datacolor management to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Learn Datacolor hardware and software solutions
- Develop and provide accurate, timely sales plans and forecasts
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date Salesforce.com CRM information
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
- At least 5–8 years of relevant, strategic sales management experience
- Capital Equipment Sales and Industry Experience a plus
- Experience building territory, growing existing business, and developing net new logos
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
- Willingness to travel approximately 60%–70%
- Ability to learn, understand, and live Datacolor Core Values
- Ability to demonstrate communication, adaptability, and problem-solving competencies
- Satisfactory completion of background investigation, education verification, and reference check
