Job Description
Remote Project Manager leading enterprise Utility Billing and CIS software implementations for NorthStar Utilities Solutions. Managing project teams, plans, financials, client expectations, and delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead multi-functional project teams toward completing work deliverables for implementation of mission-critical software packages
- Review statements of work and create effective project plans to deliver specified solutions
- Provide updates and manage client expectations, ensuring delivery of high-quality software solutions and customer service
- Manage project financials
- Proactively resolve project issues to mitigate delays and reduce impact on clients and project timelines
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify areas of improvement and apply learning
- Lead consultants in implementing Utility Billing and Client Information Software (CIS) solutions for new and existing clients
- Participate in project planning and scheduling
- Report to the Director of Professional Services
Requirements:
- 5+ years managing enterprise or CIS software implementation projects
- Strong leadership skills
- Deep understanding of all activities associated with software system implementations
- Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations
- PMP Certification
- Current, valid passport
- Legally eligible to travel internationally
- Passport-based visa exemption or required travel visas for entry into Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean
- Comfortable using AI-enabled technologies, including copilots, chat-based AI assistants, and automation tools
- Appropriate judgment, security, and compliance standards when using AI tools
