Job Description
Honorartrainer:in bei WBS TRAINING für Gebäude-Ökobilanzierung. Vermittlung von LCA, nachhaltigem Bauen und energieeffizienter Gebäudebewertung im Homeoffice.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver subject-specific instruction from a home office via WBS LearnSpace 3D®
- Support course participants in developing their skills
- Apply a variety of teaching methods
- Prepare and create teaching-related learning materials in accordance with the curriculum
- Conduct Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs) for residential and non-residential buildings
- Share case studies from projects, training experience, or reports in the field of sustainable and energy-efficient construction
- Act as a subject-matter expert and learning facilitator
Requirements:
- Completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, or building services engineering
- Several years of professional experience assessing buildings in accordance with QNG and as part of the Climate-Friendly New Construction program
- Experience preparing and evaluating Life Cycle Assessments using Hottgenroth, ECO-CAD, and ETU-Planer
- Additional qualification in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) for buildings
- Recognized energy efficiency expert
- Excellent command of German, the language of instruction (C2 level)
- Initial experience in internal training, professional development, or presenting case studies
- Strong methodological and teaching skills for conveying educational content
- Independent and structured working style, with a high degree of personal responsibility
