Job Description
BIM-Trainer:in bei WBS TRAINING für Smart-Building-Modelle und Gebäudelebenszyklen. Durchführung digitalen Unterrichts zu LOD, Datenqualität und Informationsflüssen aus dem Homeoffice.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver subject-specific instruction from a home office via WBS LearnSpace 3D®
- Provide a comprehensive overview of BIM principles, terminology, and applications throughout the entire building life cycle
- Apply a variety of teaching methods, particularly practical case studies and group work
- Explain Levels of Development (LOD), data quality requirements, and information flows
- Prepare and develop curriculum-based instructional learning materials
- Conduct competency assessments
- Support participants’ skills development and professional integration
- Act as a knowledge provider and learning facilitator as part of Learning 4.0
Requirements:
- Completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, facility management, real estate management, or a comparable field
- Solid practical experience and methodological expertise in BIM
- Experience with digital building models, LOD concepts, and BIM applications across various life-cycle phases
- Excellent communication skills
- Initial experience in internal training, continuing education, or presenting case studies
- Pedagogical qualification (AEVO)
- Strong methodological and didactic skills in delivering educational content
- Independent, structured approach to work with a high level of personal responsibility
- Excellent command of the language of instruction, German (C2 level)
