Job Description
Conduct training for IT career changers in various IT subjects. GFN GmbH specializes in educational services aimed at professional reorientation and advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Supervision of company-based project work
- Primary contact for GFN internship host companies
- Point of contact for all IHK (Chamber of Industry and Commerce) matters for both our retraining participants and GFN staff in the training centers
- Regular assignments as an instructor/lecturer in funded educational/training programs
Requirements:
- IHK trainer aptitude certificate (AEVO), an equivalent qualification, or willingness to obtain such certification
- Completed qualification as an IT specialist (Application Development) or IT specialist (System Integration), or a degree in IT
- Ideally: experience with key IHK topics — final examinations under the new AO 2020 (AP1 and AP2), exam requirements, deadlines, admission criteria, and company project work
- Several years of professional experience in IT
- Teaching experience in adult education, preferably in funded training programs
- Willingness to engage in continuous professional development
