Job Description
Trainer for Umschulung Fachinformatiker:in Systemintegration at WBS TRAINING. Focus on competency development and innovative teaching methods for IT professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct subject-specific instruction from the home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D®
- Apply a variety of teaching methods to design lessons
- Prepare and develop lesson-related learning materials according to the curriculum
- Conduct competency growth assessments
Requirements:
- Qualified as an IT Specialist in System Integration or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of verifiable professional experience
- Professional experience in configuring and managing Microsoft Servers
- Knowledge of virtualization (Hyper-V) and Linux (advantageous)
- Interest in AI and ChatGPT and in innovatively integrating these into teaching
- Experience as a trainer, lecturer, vocational instructor, or teacher is an advantage
- Proof of pedagogical suitability (e.g., AEVO trainer certification)
- Methodical and didactic skill in conveying instructional content
- Independent, structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
