Job Description
Transition Manager facilitating internal knowledge transfer for Laborsoftware at Dedalus. Planning training and supporting product managers in enhancing healthcare solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Internal knowledge transfer regarding new products and features of our laboratory software Opus::L
- Planning and conducting internal training sessions for colleagues in Service and Support
- Creating internal functional and configuration documentation
- Supporting the execution of pilot projects
- Assisting product managers in designing new products and features, with a particular focus on serviceability
- Supporting product managers in the validation and acceptance of new products and features
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training (MTA, MTLA) or a degree in healthcare
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a laboratory environment
- Strong knowledge of workflows and processes in clinical laboratories
- Good knowledge of laboratory information systems, ideally Opus::L
- Experience planning and delivering training
- Strong service and customer orientation, with a high level of quality awareness
- Confident demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Good German language skills and strong communication skills
